This MAP consists of a series of workshops covering relevant legislation and the key skills those responsible for finding and recruiting the right people need to have.

The classroom training is supported by on the job coaching, observation and accreditation by our Momentum Assessor.

This MAP focuses on the importance of building strong relationships for successful results-orientated coaching. 

A two day workshop covers the key aspects of motivation and behaviour. This is followed by on the job coaching, observation and accreditation by our Momentum Assessor.

To reach the peak of success, a whole range of management skills are needed. This MAP consists of a series of workshops and tasks which will provide you with these skills. 

The workshops are followed by on the job coaching and performance measurement carried out by our Assessors and your managers.
